TEAM.... My Favorite Word... Pieces Are Coming Together!

The pieces are starting to really come together on my Cash Machine. I have been really focusing on building my TEAM. Loral really stresses the importance of TEAM. This has been such a learning process. Going to the Cash Machine was so incredible. Overtime I am learning that there were things that many tools in the Cash Machine that only now I am fully understanding and able to put into action. You take in so much information in those three days.

You leave the Cash Machine with an abundance of information at your fingertips. I have been reviewing all the information I was given at the Cash Machine. I was feeling so overwhelmed at times that I realized I needed to review everything and map out a plan and get things done. Time management is key, especially with having four kids.

I have found an incredible partner, Robert Gather. I am really excited to have him on board and be a part of my company, Marking In Power. Rob brings a incredible amount of experience to the table. Rob has been part of a team that from scratch started and built a company that quickly became a six million dollar company in three years. He has a very impressive resume. We share the same vision and drive along with the same values.

I also have partnered with a very experienced web designer, Doug Styles. Doug also comes with alot of experience. Doug has extensive knowledge and and experience building and constructing a website with impressive graphic designs with flash tailored for the clients needs.

Another important part of our Marketing In Power TEAM is an attorney, Jean Dunn. Jean will be an important part of our team to help with all the legal questions and concerns that come our way. She has over ten years experience.

I am also working on finding a administrative assistant to help me with the administrative end of Marketing In Power.

Pieces are coming together. I am currently working on a slogan for my company Marketing In Power. I need to get my business cards designed and made.

I have really learned that TEAM is one of the most important parts of any Cash Machine. Loral voices it over and over. The Lone Rangers are a thing of the past. Building my team and seeing all the knowledge and experience they bring to the table makes me extremely excited. I see the power of having a TEAM, it will make Marketing In Power stronger.

I am really excited. I know 2009 is going to be great! My vision is becoming clearer and clearer by the day. I know I would not be here without Loral Langemeier and the whole Live Out Loud TEAM... She has masterfully built an incredible TEAM that reflects and shares her vision and her dream for all of us!
